What is the Skin Tyte® procedure?
The Skin Tyte® ST (Skin Tightening) procedure combines safe and effective levels of infrared light and bipolar radiofrequency energies to remodel the dermal layer of the skin by stimulating new collagen growth. Both laser and radiofrequency have been used separately for decades in medicine and surgery, but Skin Tyte® exclusively combines infrared light and bipolar radiofrequency energy for ideal treatment outcomes with a very low risk of side effects and virtually no down time.

What can I expect from Skin Tyte® treatments?
Skin Tightening can improve skin laxity and sagginess of the face, neck and some body areas such as the abdomen, upper arms, and inner thighs. Skin texture can also be smoothed out by the tightening and firming effect of the treatment. This is a non-invasive procedure and most clients leave the clinic with only slight pinkness or no pinkness at all. You can return to your daily activities immediately. Please wear sunscreen of SPF 30 or higher.

How many treatments are required and how often are treatments done?
Typically 3-5 treatments are recommended for optimal results. Follow up treatments are also recommended 1-2 times a year. Treatment sessions are typically 2 to 4 weeks apart.

How long does each treatment take, does the treatment hurt?
Each treatment session typically takes 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Skin Tyte® is well tolerated by most clients without any anesthetic. The treatment tip is chilled so it provides contact cooling to the skin surface for added comfort.

Who should be treated with Skin Tyte®?
All skin colors can be treated for laxity, sagginess, loss of elasticity, or textural irregularities. Treatment can be done on the face, neck, abdomen and upper arms.

What are the possible side effects?
There is a possibility of short term side effects after the procedure such as slight redness, mild blistering or bruising.
